How do I unlock a creator on Step?
To unlock a creator on Step, click the unlock button and you will have the option to join a reoccurring membership for 1 month, 3 months or 12 months.
What do I get access to once I unlock a creator?
Access to all of their place-based recommendations and city guides from around the world.
You also only see images or comments that a creator uploads once you unlock their profile. You will not see any unique content or insight into why a creator likes a step until you unlock their profile.
Can I unlock more than 1 creator on Step?
Yes, you are able to unlock as many creators as you like.
How do I cancel my membership?
Go to the creator you are subscribed to and click “unfollow” – you will then be prompted to cancel your membership.
You can also click on the three dots (top right) on the creator you would like to unsubscribe from’s profile and you will have the option to cancel here as well.
Please note, creators may increase their membership prices. If you cancel your membership and subsequently want to unlock their profile again, you will have to pay the new price when you re-subscribe.
Memberships once billed are non-refundable.
